1. Our factory will provide repair service for free, if the product encounters faults attributable to quality problems within one year after the date of sale. We can replace those that cannot be repaired (the cutter holder, gear and bearing of 9Z silage cutter can be repaired and replaced within three years). 

2. Products that have a quality problem but cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model of product can be returned. 

3. Man-made damage caused by normal wear, improper use, use of self-made non-standard parts or change of the original structure is not included in the “three guarantees”. 

4. The joint losses caused during warranty and replacement shall be borne by the user. 

5. Products without the “three guarantees card” or label will not enjoy the “three guarantees” policy.
