This product is powered by motor. The power is conveyed to the main shaft. The gear on the other end of the main shaft transmits the sped-adjusted power to the straw pressing roller via gearbox, universal joint and chain. When materials to be processed enter into the space between the upper straw pressing roller and the lower straw pressing roller via the conveying belt, they will be fed into the cutting mechanism at a certain speed for cut-up, kneaded by a kneading mechanism that revolves at a high speed and then thrown out of the machine via the discharge port by the fan blade.

F-80 straw separator is used for supporting large hay cutter. When in use, materials to be processed are grabbed into hopper via hay grasper. Then the materials are divided into small bundles via low-speed rotating rotor, and the small bundles are evenly and continuously fed into the hay cutter via the lower conveyor belt for cut up. This series of products mainly consists of components such as frame, casing, rotor, reducer, coupling, etc. It is characterized by reasonable structure, easy operation, safety, reliability and efficient production.
