It is used for cutting many kinds of crop stalks and herbage such as green (dry) corn stalks, straws, etc. It is suitable for cattle farms with less than 30 cattle or sheep years with less than 100 sheep.

This product is powered by motor (single cylinder diesel engine, four-wheel tractor or tricycle for agricultural use). The power is conveyed to the main shaft. The gear on the other end of the main shaft transmits the sped-adjusted power to the straw pressing roller via gearbox and universal joint. When materials to be processed enter into the space between the upper straw pressing roller and the lower straw pressing roller, they will be clamped by the straw rollers and fed into the cutting mechanism at a certain speed, cut up by the revolving cutter holder at a high speed and then thrown out of the machine via the discharge port.

The feeding motor transmits the speed-adjusted power to the grass pressing roller through the universal joint, gear box, transmission shaft, etc. When the material to be processed enters between the upper and lower grass pressing rollers through the conveyor chain, it is clamped by the grass pressing roller and fed into the cutting (kneading) mechanism at a certain speed. At the same time, the main motor transmits power to the main shaft through the triangle belt. The main shaft drives the cutter holder to revolve at high speed to shred (knead) the material and throw it out of the machine via the discharge port.
