9Z-13 silage cutter is composed of feeding mechanism, cutting and throwing mechanism, transmission mechanism, walking mechanism, protective device and rack. It is characterized by reasonable structure, convenient movement, automatic feeding, safety and reliability.
a) Feeding mechanism: mainly composed of feeding table, conveyor chain, straw feeding roller, fixed blade, fixed cutter support seat, etc.;
b) Cutting and throwing mechanism: mainly composed of moving cutter, cutter holder, locking screw, etc.;
c) Transmission mechanism: mainly composed of triangle belt, transmission shaft, gear, universal joint, chain, etc.;

Working principle:
This product is powered by motor (diesel engine or roller tractor). The power is conveyed to the main shaft. The gear on the other end of the main shaft transmits the sped-adjusted power to the straw pressing roller via triangle belt, clutch wheel, gearbox, universal joint and chain. When materials to be processed enter into the space between the upper straw pressing roller and the lower straw pressing roller via the conveying belt, they will be clamped by the straw rollers and fed into the cutting mechanism at a certain speed for cut up, and then thrown out of the machine via the discharge port by the revolving cutter holder at a high speed.
